What is Post Natal Program
Post Natal Program is a personal training program and group fitness program led by any Pre & Post Natal Specialist that helps you to safely strengthen your pelvic girdle and abdominal muscles that have been weakened during pregnancy, as well as address the bodily changes you’ve experienced throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. This program allows you to continue your fitness journey while building community with other moms.
