Early Morning

  •    Eat 10-12 overnight soaked almonds with any of the above two alternatives
  •   Drink one glass of warm water with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of organic honey 
  •   Drink one glass of freshly produced green juice (lemon, ginger, cucumber, bottle gourd, and mint)

Breakfast

  • 1 whole-wheat bread toast with slices of banana or apple
  •  Flaxseed smoothie with strawberries and apples
  •  2 Idlis with 1 small bowl of Sambar
  •  1 cup uncooked oats with 1 cup skimmed milk + optional fruit toppings
  •  1 cup Oats Upma (vegetable) or regular Upma
  •  Porridge (one plate)

Mid Morning Snack

  •   1 Guava
  •   1   Cup of Green Tea (no sugar) + 2 Cream Cracker Biscuits

Lunch

  •  12 cups brown rice + 1 cup low-fat yoghurt + 1 bowl of chicken breast and vegetable salad
  •  1 bowl of chicken soup with vegea table salad

Evening Snack

  •  A glass of low-fat buttermilk
  • A handful of almonds or walnuts + 1 bowl of mixed fruit salad
  • 1 cup green tea or black coffee without sugar + 2 cream cracker biscuits

Dinner

  •           One chapatti with one bowl of plain yoghurt.
  •            Smoked fish and sautéed green leafy veggies
